To keep your nails looking groomed and healthy get a manicure twice a month. You can also " do it yourself " by soaking your nails in warm water and a drop of liquid soap. Hot oil works too if your nails are dry and break all the time. Nail clippers, wooden emery board and some spare time and your on your way to healthier looking nails.
